Ticket Refund Policy

If a customer wishes a refund, he/she must send an email at refund@afterhills.com containing the following:

  1. Subject: AFTERHILLS Refund
  2. Order number sent previously via the email of purchase confirmation
  3. Email address
  4. Full name of the buyer

In order to simplify the refund process, we advise you to redirect the email containing the order number received from the AFTERHILLS team.

AFTERHILLS undertakes to initiate the refund process within 5 to 7 working days from the date you sent the refund request via email, according to Art. 13, par. (1) of Government’s Urgency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding Law no. 449/2003, updated on December 27, 2008.

In order to exercise your right to refund, you must inform us about your decision to withdraw from the present agreement according to the above specifications. For this purpose, you can use the attached form.

If the event is canceled or delayed by the organizer, the organizer assumes responsibility to fully refund the amounts paid for the tickets and full day passes within 30 days.

If any of the confirmed artists withdraws from the event, even if he/she is a headliner, the organizer assumes no obligation to refund of the amount paid for the tickets.

Important! The refund is made for the entire order, not for individual tickets

Festival Products Refund Policy

If a customer wishes a refund, he/she must send an email at refund@afterhills.com containing the following:

  2. Email address
  3. Full name of the buyer

In order to simplify the refund process, we advise you to redirect the email containing the order number received from the AFTERHILLS team.

AFTERHILLS undertakes to initiate the refund process within maximum 14 calendar days from the date you sent the refund request via email, according to Art. 13, par. (1) of Government’s Urgency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014 regarding Law no. 449/2003, updated on December 27, 2008.

In order to exercise your right to refund, you must inform us, at refund@afterhills.com, about your decision to withdraw from the present agreement using a clear statement e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or email. For this purpose, you can use the attached refund form; however, the use of this form is not mandatory.

Regarding the return of products, these can be returned within the legal period only with their original packaging. AFTERHILLS is not liable for products damaged during their return due to inadequate packaging.

If the consumer receives a damaged product, or with manufacturing defects, the consumer has the right to request a full refund within 14 days from the product delivery date.
